I get the notification Starting tor (via systemctl): tor.service.īut then I don't see anything happen.
I've run the commands killall tor to ensure that tor wasn't just already running (which it was) and then sudo /etc/init.d/tor start. So, I've checked out this thread in Ubuntu forums.
